The item(s) returned should be in their unused state, just as you received them, and sent back in the original packaging. The process for receiving a refund generally follows this timeline: once your return is dispatched, it usually takes between 3-10 business days for the returned item(s) to reach our Warehouse and undergo the refund approval process. Once your return is confirmed and approved, Zaply will issue a refund to the original payment method you used. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times, it might take an additional business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account (as determined by your bank).
