Powertech 12.8V 100Ah Lithium Deep Cycle Battery SB2215 is an advanced, next-generation power storage option. It looks very similar to lead acid batteries, but is composed of LiFePO4 cells, commonly used in many portable devices. An internal BMS keeps the cells charged and discharged uniformly while offering short circuit, over current, and reverse polarity protection. This safeguard surpasses traditional lead acid batteries, which lack any protection and can discharge quickly under short circuit conditions, resulting in potential fire and damage. The internal BMS additionally limits discharge and manages cut-off voltage for further cell security.This 100Ah model is capable of supplying a steady current of up to 50A and has the ability to temporarily handle a peak current of up to 100A.
