This Digitech Temperature/Humidity Datalogger is a must-have for anyone in the food industry. With up to 32000 readings (16000 temperature, 16000 humidity) and recording intervals from 2 seconds to 24 hours, this USB datalogger gives you the reliable, real-time monitoring you need to keep your products at optimal temperatures. Plus, it features an alarm LED that will let you know if the user-defined minimum or maximum temperature is exceeded. This datalogger even comes with a mounting bracket for easy attachment with screws or self-adhesive. Perfect for greenhouses, museums, warehouses, container storage, photography, archives, food preparation, etc.
