This battery charger, the Powertech Dual Input 20A DC/DC Multi-Stage for Lead and Lithium batteries, prioritizes solar power when it's available, so it reduces the load on your engine. With automated ignition detection, your starting battery is isolated from discharge when your engine is off. The microprocessor-controlled circuitry ensures your battery stays in peak condition with six charging modes that include Qualification, Recondition, Bulk, Absorption, Check, and Maintenance. The charger comes with a heavy-duty aluminum case, an included mounting bracket, and an LED-lit front panel that allows you to manage charge status and select between different battery types, such as Lead acid, AGM, Calcium, GEL, or LiFePO4. Additionally, this device features 16-25V open circuit voltage solar panels with various safety protections, such as short circuit, overcharge, over temperature, reverse polarity, thermal overload, and solar input overload.
