The Behringer 2-XM is a faithful recreation of a legendary ’70s dual-voice polyphonic analog synthesiser, inspired by iconic circuitry used by pioneers like Vince Clarke, Jan Hammer, and Vangelis. Originally built from two single-voice modules combined into one polyphonic instrument, this design helped define early synth history.

The modern 2-XM retains that authentic character while adding MIDI, USB, stereo output, and extensive CV/GATE connectivity — making it equally at home in classic setups and modern modular systems.
