Introducing the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, the newest addition to our cost-effective line of single-board computers. This successor to the groundbreaking Raspberry Pi Zero W is a compatible replacement for the original board, featuring the same form factor.

The board incorporates a quad-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A53 CPU, clocked at 1GHz. At The Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W Essentials Kit Z6296 features a Raspberry Pi RP3A0 SiP with a Broadcom BCM2710A1 die and 512MB of LPDDR2 SDRAM. With an upgraded processor, this device boasts 40% more single-threaded performance and five times more multi-threaded performance than its single-core predecessor, the Raspberry Pi Zero.

Equipped with 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g/n wireless LAN and Bluetooth 4.2, the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W also offers support for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and adheres to modular compliance certification standards. The board features a microSD card slot, CSI-2 camera connector, USB On-The-Go (OTG) port, and an unpopulated footprint for a HAT-compatible 40-pin GPIO header. Power is supplied through a micro USB socket, and video can be outputted through a mini HDMI port. Additionally, composite video output is easily accessible via test points.

The Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W has the same form factor as the original Raspberry Pi Zero, allowing it to fit seamlessly into most existing Raspberry Pi Zero cases.

Official case includes three lids - a solid lid, a square cut out lid for GPIO pin access and a lid to suit the Raspberry Pi camera module.
