Description

Enables remote operation of the A4565A or A4595A Fire Test and Fire Alarm tones. Momentary operation switches require a press of up to 3 seconds for activation. Protective flip-up covers prevent accidental operation.

The Redback Fire Alarm Test Wallplate, Suit A4595 A4597, can be connected to the A4565A or A4595A through standard Cat5e cabling, with a maximum range of 300m. Up to four wall plates can be cascaded together for maximum efficiency. On the back of the A4597 wall plate, there are two RJ45 ports available for usage. It is important to note that pressing the Fire Test and Fire Alarm switches on the A4597 while the A4565A or A4595A main unit is in "Manual" or "Isolate" mode will have no effect. In addition, the Fire tone can be activated by using the contact on the rear of the A4565A or A4595A. To accommodate your specific installation needs, two snap-on covers are included with the wall plate.

Please Note: the Fire Test and Fire tones cannot be triggered by any other means than the A4597 wall plate.
